Who we are
BritFix, which arranges and manages plumbing, handyman and property maintenance work. Licensed plumbing is carried out by a licensed Florida contractor, Lic. #CFC1433820.

Quotes
Every quote is given in writing before work begins and sets out what is included and what is not. A quote is based on what we have been told and what we can see. If something behind a wall or under a floor changes the job, we stop, tell you, and re-quote before continuing.
Scope and variations
Work outside the written quote is agreed with you before it is carried out.
Access and safety
We need safe access to the work area at the agreed time. Where a building requires notice, a certificate of insurance, a booked service elevator or an escort, that has to be arranged for the visit to go ahead.
Permits and code
Plumbing work is completed to the Florida Building Code. Where work is inspected, we present it for inspection.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in the written quote.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where Florida law does not permit it to be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
